Fertilization

The proper watering schedule with a planned fertilization program will give your lawn the sufficient tools to outcompete weeds.
The 1st application, a crabgrass pre- emergent is applied to control it's germination throughout the season.
Our 3rd application includes a grub control treatment timed to address activity in the warmer months.
Application number 5 is the final one that includes the fall feed and this visit ensures that your lawn has the proper nutrients before winter sets in.
( Weeds that do germinate will be spot treated with every application.)

Bed Maintenance
When we talk about keeping up on our garden and flower beds, the 1st thought is... “who has time for that”?
Maintaining the beds around your property can be easily overlooked and quickly forgotten, which could result in suffocating your plants and leaving the area looking neglected. Without a properly timed pre-emergent the war on weeds will be next to impossible to win
Pulling weeds is a difficult and physically demanding weekly duty. The idea of bed maintenance is to prevent unwanted weeds as well as promote growth of existing plants in the beds. Bending over and kneeling for hours on Sunday is something no-one wants to do, that's why Greenline has created the perfect program.
With 10 visits starting in April through October, there is a process of applying granular pre-emergent, spraying, treatment and hand pulling of weeds.
As an additional service we can (re)define your bed lines, install and update/upgrade your edging to stone, aluminum edging or black diamond also give your beds that sharpe and finished look with the annual mulch installation.
Drainage
Providing long-term solutions for water problems in your yard.
Installing a drainage system will help alleviate the problems created by excess water.
A common problem associated with poor lawn drainage is that most trees and shrubs are not adapted to saturated soil.
Having standing water near the home may also cause foundation problems, move water away from your house with drainage pipe off of the downspouts.
Install a box drain to collect runoff water, or a french drain for those areas that never seem to dry out.

Lawn Maintenance
Greenline uses walk/ride behind mulching mowers on all residential homes, these mowers weigh much less than the normal sit down riding mowers. Mulching mowers return the grass clippings to the soil, which is a great source of organic matter that breaks down and supplies your lawn with nutrients. These clippings left behind essentially function as a lawn fertilizer.
In addition, we know how to maintain those hard to reach areas that the mowers can't get to; around trees, fence lines, the kids playground/play-sets, these areas are no match for Greenline Lawn. These hard to reach areas are line trimmed and the walkways and driveways are edged, giving your lawn that truly manicured look. All concrete areas and patio/decks are blown clean. Our teams are trained to ensure that your yard gets the individualized attention it deserves.
